Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini congratulated the schoolchildren on the beginning of a new academic semester from Tbilisi Public School №55. The Minister attended the event organized by Gogli Mogli Company there.

Within the frame of this special event, singers David Gomarteli, Nodiko Tatishvili, Salome Bakuradze along with Illusionists visited Tbilisi public schools #55, 161, 53, 24 and 43. The actors casted a special show for schoolchildren and presented them with the gifts.

Within the scope of Safe and Healthy school program, company Gogli Mogli refurbished canteens of several schools in Tbilisi in 2010.

According to Minister Shashkini, in the frame of Safe School concept, canteens have been already opened at 1/3^rd of Tbilisi schools and this process is currently underway. In those canteens where schoolchildren buy food with electronic cards, the product quality is inspected on a regular basis”.

To ensure safety of schoolchildren, cash flow at schools was prohibited and electronic cards were introduced. This is an important component of Safe School Program and aims at providing violence free and healthy environment at schools.
