The First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Koka Sepherteladze and the Director of National Examinations Center Maia Miminoshvili visited Tbilisi Public School №23 and observed the proceeding of the pre-test held for 12th graders.
From April 2 till April 9, from 14:00 till 19:00 o’clock all 12th graders will have the opportunity to take pre-test from any computer connected to net. The aim of the pre-test is to check the computer system readiness for the high school exams. The pre-test gives 12th graders the opportunity to get familiarized with the system of testing and see the tasks similar to what they will get at the actual exams.
During the pre-test there will be no “stop-watch” rule and this will give the schoolchildren the opportunity to answer all types of tasks. The correct answers will appear on the screen. The schoolchildren will have the chance to take part in pre-test till 19:00 o’clock, April 9.
The pre-test system will be posted at the National Examinations Center’s web-site (www.naec.ge) and not only 12th graders can get familiarized with samples of the examination tasks.
