First Deputy Minister Koka Sepherteladze introduced the modern Server Center of the Ministry to the Director of Armenian Exams Center, Karo Nasibyan and Director of Armenian National Center for Educational Technologies, Areg Grigoryan. The process of the school leaving exams was monitored from this Central Server Center with the help of audio and video equipments.
Armenian colleagues are paying the visit to Georgia to get acquainted with those novelties that have been introduced by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. The Armenian delegation members got interested in CAT exam system; hence, they visited the National Examinations Center of the Ministry. On June 4-11 the convicts, as well as those schoolchildren who have been studying with the FLEX program in the USA take the school leaving exams.
Armenian colleagues have been also informed about the President’s program that envisages providing all first graders with the laptops. They also learnt that English Language will be instructed from the very first grade. The guests also got familiar with the process of providing all schools with internet access and supplying the schools with the computers.
Within the frame of the visit, Armenian colleagues will hold meetings with the representatives of the Ministry from different departments.
