New Year gifts for #200 boarding school
The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini, paid a traditional visit to the boarding-school №200 and together with popular TV anchor Duta Skhirtladze presented the schoolchildren with the New Year gifts. The schoolchildren staged the New Year concert for the guests.
162 Children with Special Needs study at the Boarding-School №200. 124 of them use the boarding-school service. Most of them spend their holidays at the institution. Last year, adapted school bus was provided to school to meet the needs of those children who are unable to ride “regular” bus.
Taking care of the children of the Boarding-School №200 as well as other similar educational institutions is the priority of the Ministry. Particular attention is paid to these children during the holiday season.
