Certified teachers will also be able to register for the integrated exam in English and IT. This year, certified teachers of Natural Sciences will be able to take exams in first-time, experimental exams in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The National Center for Teacher Professional Development will organize preparatory trainings for teachers in professional skills and the examination's respective subjects.

Certified teachers will receive a monthly salary bonus of 75 GEL. Certified teachers are eligible to pass an integrated test in English language and Computer techologies; upon the successful passing of this exam, the teachers will receive an additional bonus of 200 GEL. As a result of the above mentioned exams, 25% of the best teachers will receive, in total, 1,000 GEL per month.
