I would like to congratulate the students on the begining of a new academic year, espeacilly the first year students! My congratulations on the success they have achieved-they are students now! I would like to wish them future progress, development and new achievments and assure them that the Ministry of Education and Science shall do its best  to ensure realization of their abilities.     

Education is a priority for the country! I wish you to become active participants of civil society, creators of healthy educational environment, to be able to use these years to become high qualified specialists and to justify the hopes that our country, the society and parents have in you!
