Presentation was held on the Project “Comparative analysis of Georgian National Curriculum and Curricula of other Countries” implemented by National Curriculum Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. The presentation was attended by Deputy Minister of Education and Science Lia Gigauri.

Goal of the project was to compare Georgian National Curriculum with the curricula of other countries with the aim of further enhancement and development of recommendations. There were 7 target countries: Finland, England, the USA (Massachusetts), Singapore, Australia, Estonia and Czech Republic.

Comparative analysis can be very helpful for further development of the National Curriculum.

This project was implemented with the financial assistance of UNICEF, managers of National Curriculum Department, subject experts and technical assistants were involved in the project.
