Minister of Education and Science Tamar Sanikidze wished merry Christmas and a happy New Year to come to the pupils, their parents and teachers from №202 Public School, especially to the pupils with special educational needs and noted that the Ministry shall continue implementing important projects in future.

There are 8 boarding schools in Georgia. Children with special educational needs learn and live in such schools. Comfortable living and learning conditions are one of the top priorities for the Ministry. Needs of each boarding school has been studied and the Ministry has presented all necessary items to these eight schools.

Minister of Education and Science presented appliances and computers to the №202  Boarding School.

№202 Boarding School is the only school for blind and visually impaired children in Georgia, there are  50 pupils in the school and 23 of them are provided with boarding services.
