On the occasion of the ''Mother Tongue ", presentation of the educational-exhibition project “My mother language” was held at the National Center for Manuscripts of the Ministry. The presentation was attended by Deputy Minister Lia Gigauri and other guests.
Personal archival materials of Iakob Gogebashvili, Akaki Tsereteli, Solomon Aslanishvili – Bavreli were presented at the exposition: draft writings of the "Mother Language ", youth poetry notebook, Gogebashvili’s autograph corrected by Akaki Tsereteli handwriting, Iakob Gogebashvilis’s letters to Akaki Tsereteli, letters reflecting Iakob Gogebashvilis’s charity activities for Georgian students (Noe Zhordania’s thank-you letter for financial assistance during his studies), remarks on how to spread the "Mother Language" in Abkhazia, Adjara and Samegrelo.
Oscar Schmerling’s original illustrations made exclusively for the "Mother Language" and the first printing clichés of the book were also exhibited.

In addition to archival materials, the visitors will be able to see the first Georgian book "Georgian alphabet with prayers» printed in 1629 in Rome and the "Mother Language" in Abkhazian language – the book form Ivane Javakhishvili’s book collection sanctioned by the Soviet regime. The "Mother Language" in Abkhazian language is created according to Gogebashvili’s book.
Animated 3D program was presented at the exhibition: "Creation of the “Mother Language. "” Today, modern technologies are actively used to present historical heritage in order to make the heritage more attractive and understandable for the modern generation.
An animation film created in the framework of the exhibition represents the first attempt to use such a product in museums.
