Construction of the school for 120 students was vital for the village, because the most part of the old school building was in state of emergency and dangerous for life. For the security of students, before the construction of a new school was finished, it was necessary to transfer them to the safe part of the building and isolate the damaged part. The new school in Bughasheni is built on much better and favorable place.
It is notable that there are heavy climate conditions in the village that is populated by the ethnical minorities and in winter the temperature is more than minus thirty degrees. Taking this into consideration, public school of Bughasheni is one of the first to be built by using energy efficient materials, which will save the energy and reduce the expenses for heating.
The school is adapted for the students with special needs, is equipped with modern school and office inventory, has a modern heating system, a library, a doctor’s office and an open play ground.
