The students of the higher education institutions have the opportunity twice a year to enjoy mobility and the exchange program of higher education institutions. To do this, the student must register on the online e-portal - www.students.eqe.ge. The application registration on the portal   will start on August 3 at 11:00 a.m. and will last till August 20 and 18:00 p.m. During this period, the students can choose five educational program according to their priorities. The students having high scores in the National Exams can win the mobility.

 The students taking part in the mobility from the date of the registration will receive the texts on their cell phones and on the e-mails.  Hotline Mobility Center operators will assist the students. Tel.: (+99532) 2 200 220 (internal 3522 and 3523). Also the students will be able to submit questions to the email address: mobility@eqe.ge.

The price of the mobility is GEL 40. The students from the socially unprotected families are free from the fees. The fees of the mobility can be paid in any branches of the Bank of Georgia as well as from pay boxes.  63 High Education Institutions take part in the mobility. There are 13797 vacant places in all.

Institutions that do not participate in the 2015-2016 autumn semester Mobility: 

 1. Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy;

 2. Tbilisi branch of the American Humane University;

 3. University "Bau, Batumi International University";

 4. Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia;

 5. Center - David Agmashenebeli National Defence Academy;

Also according to its specific six High Education Institutions founded by the Patriarchs’ do not take part in the mobility.

The results of the mobility will be announced on the website of the Education Quality Development Centre. After the announcement of the results the student should immediately contact the receiving educational establishment.

The Centre offers to the interested students an open day on August 4 at 11:00 a.m. and on August 18 at 11:00 a.m. The Students will have opportunity to meet with the representatives of the Centre and to get information about the mobility issues. The informational booklets will be distributed in the meeting.
