The Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia discussed the new initiative in particular. The initiative implies security standards of juvenile’s withdrawal for more than 24 hours in any event by various people. The workshop was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Lia Gigauri, the Minister of Culture Mikheil Giorgadze, the Minister of Health and Social Welfare David Sergeenko, the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Tariel Khechinashvili, and the Deputy Minister of Culture and Monuments Protection Levan Kharatishvili .The Minister of Culture, the Minister of Education, and Science and the Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs, the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs and the legal services in this regard of the Ministry were working on the preliminary version of the recommendation document. Today, the officials from the Ministries summarized preliminary version of the recommendations. It has been reported that as part of the recommendations relating to transport, food, accommodation and child care standards, as well as safety (including fire and sanitary) issues. In the near future, the revised version of the preliminary document will be sent for consideration to all organizations working in the field of children's rights, as well as to educational, artistic and sporting ties and associations, a revised draft of the document will also be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Culture.
In September there will be an extended meeting, in this regard, with all the interested focus- groups and the representatives of the media. The final version of the recommendation about the security standards of the Juvenile’s withdrawal will be ready in September 2015. The initiative of special regulations about Juvenile’s withdrawal belongs to the minister of Culture and Monument Protection Mikheil Giorgadze.
