Various trainings covering different issues are held for school directors aimed at their professional development. One of the issues is financial management and control. Tens of school directors have already been re-trained within the framework of project " Administrative and Financial Management Correction of a Public School’.

Training program has been developed by Audit Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and The National Center for Teacher Professional Development, and main objectives are to correct some defects and increase quality in financial management.

The main objective of the program is to support school principals to gain specific practical skills related to school financial and administrative management and as well as to get aware of the ways how to avoid mistakes. The program maximally fits development skills, which they will practically use in administrative work and thus, they will easily manage to improve administrative system quality at school.

Training sessions have already conducted to Shida Kartli (Gori, Kaspi, Khashuri) public school principals, the trainings were also conducted to Kartli public school principals, specifically, Bolnisi and Dmanisi, regions of Racha-Letchkhum-Kvemo Svaneti (Lentekhi, Ambrolauri, Tsageri, Oni) as well. Every public school will be re-trained Step by step.
