In the current year, different rehabilitation works have been done in 115 Tbilisi public schools, 50 schools have been equipped with doctor’s office, construction of two new schools will begin before the end of year, and next year will also mark laying foundations to construction of two more. The process continues in nonstop mode, several schools are at the moment going through such a renovation works, which do not interfere with studying process.

The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Lia Gigauri personally inspected rehabilitation works at Tbilisi Public School №165. There are up to 800 pupils in this school and its one of those schools, where large-scale rehabilitation works have been carried out. Up today, 60% of school has been rehabilitated - the building strengthened, roofed, painted, ladders made, water installation and bathrooms fixed on all four floors.
