Within the framework of the “Knowledge Week ", “Letter to Soldiers” project was implemented. The West III Infantry Brigade Soldiers, sent their response letters to the students of Tkibuli public school N6.

The military personnel talked about the Georgian military contingent, and their contribution towards the mission in Afghanistan. Afterwards, there was a small video for their small friends, to explain how they ensure peace and stability in Afghanistan, and how they protect their peers. 

The Deputy Minister of Education and Science – Lia Gigauri has also visited the students of Tkibuli Municipality, as well as the Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs – Revaz Javelidze and the Deputy Head of the Education, Science and Culture Committee of Georgian Parliament – Eliso Chaphidze.

During the event, there was a reminiscence of two brave Georgian Soldiers – Phridon Bregadze, and Nikoloz Phorchkhidze, who were Tkibuli district school graduates, and tragically died in the August war.

Host school students, performed for the guests and thanked the military personnel. The Ministry of Defense of Georgia, held the “Knowledge Week” in order to promote the quality education in the establishment.
