The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of the Georgia (the “Government”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Georgia (the “Compact”) in the amount of approximately 140,000,000 USD (“MCC Funding”). The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the website of the Employer www.mcageorgia.ge .
The Employer now announced three IFBs. Each IFB includes more than one Lot. The list of the IFB (including lots) are listed below.
The Employer now invites sealed bids (“Bids”) from eligible Bidders for the execution and completion of the Procurement of 2015 Tranche Schools Rehabilitation Works
III. IFB#PP06/GEP/CW/CB/09 (LOT #1 – SHINDISI AND KHELTUBANI PUBLIC SCHOOLS; LOT #2 – GORI#2 AND GORI#9 PUBLIC SCHOOLS; LOT #3 – KAVTISKHEVI, KEKHIJVARI AND SAGOLASHENI PUBLIC SCHOOLS)
as follows (“Works”), which are being offered as unit price contracts based on Bill of Quantities (“Works Contract”). For each Lot the resulting Contract includes a six (6) months construction period followed by a twelve (12)-months Defect Notification Period.
Bidders are allowed, at their option, to submit a Bid for any combination of individual Lots under each out of those three IFBs. To qualify for award of multiple contract within each IFB the Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the aggregate requirements specified in each Bidding Documents. Bidders wishing to offer discount for the award of any combination of contracts shall specify in their Bid the price reduction applicable to each individual Lot they are bidding.

A Contractor(s) will be selected using the Competitive Bidding procedures as described in the Bidding Document accompanying this Invitation for Bids (IFBs). Bidders are advised that these procedures are governed by MCC Program Procurement Guidelines which can be found on the MCC website.
A site visit for the selected lots (Kavtiskhevi Public School located in Village Kavtiskhevi and Gori #2 Public School and Gori #9 Public School located in Gori) will be organized. The muster for the site visit is at 9:30 a.m. Georgia time (GMT +4) on March 24, 2016 at the entrance of the building located at the following address:

A joint pre-bid meeting for all three IFBs will be held at 12:00 noon Georgian time (GMT +4) on March 25, 2016 at the following address:

Attendance is strongly advised for all prospective Bidders or their representatives but is not mandatory.

Bidders should be aware that distance and customs formalities may require longer than expected delivery time. Late Bids will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned unopened at the written request and cost of the Bidder.
The Bidders shall express their interest by sending the request on the e-mails provided below with indication of the company’s name, country, address as well as the contact details (name, position, cell phone, e-mail) of the person in charge.
