The implementation of the professional orientation and career development scheme has started in September. Despite the fact that the first year was the pilot, and only one semester has been determined, there is a teacher involvement. The teachers’ efforts were fruitful, 330 practitioners crossed the threshold successfully and gained a status of head teachers.

At present, there are 16,339 head teachers in the country. In addition, about 6,200 allocated trainees passed the professional skills teacher exam. After passing the examination, they will become head teachers.

Professional orientation and career development scheme engages the professional development of teachers, which is directly linked to the labor remuneration, increase teachers' motivation to pass all the stages and reach the highest step of the educational pedestal. It should be emphasized, that highly qualified teachers at schools, increases the prestige of the school and implements a correct evaluation which the schools lacked for several years.
