A graduation ceremony was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The ceremony was attended by the acting Rector – Dr. Darejan Tvaltvadze, the deputy Minister of Education and Science – Mr. George Sharvashidze, TSU professor and the Minister of Finances – Mr. Nodar Khaduri, Tbilisi Mayor and a TSU professor – Mr. David Narmania, as well as members of the council, faculty deans, academic personnel and invited guests.

There were 3,000 students who graduates with a Bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University. There are more than 200 educational programs operating on seven faculties, and serves to almost 20,000 students. In 2016-2017 academic year, TSU is expecting more than 3,300 students for their first year of studies.
