The process of mobility for the Fall semester of 2016-2017 academic year has started!
The students of the higher education institutions have the opportunity to enjoy mobility to the other higher education institutions. The students will just have to registered on the web portal on the following address – www.students.eqe.ge.
The mobility portal for the 2016-2017 Fall semester started on July 27 and will last until August 18, 18:00 pm.
Individuals participating in the mobility process will receive results via text messages. Mobility Call Center will operate on a special hotline and the registry department will provide assistance to the students. Tel: (+99532) 2 200 220 (internal 3607).
Mobility costs 40 GEL. The sum can be paid in any Bank of
Georgia service centers, via terminals and via through the internet banking.
The vulnerable families of students are exempted from the fee.
Mobility includes 63 higher education institutions, and there are 12,077
declared vacant spots.
Here is a list of Institutions that do not participate in the 2016-2017 Fall semester Mobility:
1. The academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia;
2. David the Builder National Defense Academy;
3. Academy of American business LTD.;
4. Bausch International University in Batumi
Also, following the nature of mobility eight Orthodox theological institutions are not participating in the process.
Electronic version of the results will be published on August 23. In case of a positive result on the web-portal, the student should immediately contact the receiving educational establishment.
Those interested in the mobility process are offered to visit an open day on July 29; On August 08 and August 16 at 11:00 am, the students are encouraged to meet with the representatives of the center and receive all the necessary information regarding the whole process.
