A sectorial agreement will be signed between the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the Independent Trade Union of Teachers and Scientists. In order to discuss the above-mentioned agreement, the Ministry of Education and Science held a working meeting. During the meeting, taking into consideration the opinions of both sides, the competence, experience and expertise, the project was discussed, and individual norms were established.

The agreement includes and outlines all the various factors, which regulates the cooperation between the Ministry and the Union, which has been actively been implemented since 2012. The agreement will bring to perfection its social partners, and encourage a dialogue between various institutions in terms of resolving labor, socio-economic, legal and medical issues.
