The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia – Aleksandre Jejelava paid a working visit to Zurab Zhvania State School of Administration.
During the visit, Aleksandre Jejelava met with the school administration and the regional training center administrators,toured the school and got acquainted with the infrastructure was informed regarding the activities and achievements of the school. Within the meeting framework, the school presented the work which the school does and discussed the future plans.
Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration has a new educational programs, which are focused training professional employees for the public sector. The school resumed functioning in 2014. The school targets mainly ethnic minorities and the population in the moutainous regions of Georgia and the entire process is fully funded by the state.
The school pays a special attention to ethnic minorities with the special education programs, facilitating their integration. At this stage, there are two public training programs that are being implemented: “Public Management and Administration" and “language teaching program”.
