The aim of the PR department is to establish a communication between the Ministry and the society within the boundaries of authority, in conjunction with informing the public with the activities carried out by the Ministry.
The PR department implements the strategy on how to communicate with the public, collects and analyzes the data in order to provide the information to the public using the mass media, in conjunction with delivering the information regarding the Ministry’s ongoing and planned activities. Additionally, the department plans and holds press conferences and briefings, plans and monitors the communication companies and plans certain projects. Moreover, the department maintains the hotline service, and manages the communication channels – website and social media.
