The presentation of the modern video equipment was held at the Ministry of Education and Science. Dimitri Shahkini   introduced the new equipment to the journalists. The video connection of the operators to the hot line will be provided by this new equipment.  Only telephone connection was available until the present. The virtual communication between the visiting citizens and the operators of the ministry will be established from now on. The citizens will receive the necessary information easily and quickly from the operators, they see on the monitors. 

In the nearest future, the video devices will be set up at the specially selected places, in Tbilisi and the regions.  Every interested person will have an opportunity to receive the competent answer on the questions online from the professionals.  As the Minister noted, this innovation will make the activities of the educational system more transparent.
