Millennium Challenge Foundation and the Ministry of Education and Science initiated development of public schools operation and maintenance project (O&M). The project will enable schools to improve maintenance of infrastructure which is precondition for improvement of academic outcomes. Public schools operation and maintenance project is implemented within the framework of the second $140 million compact of U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation.
