Trainings are provided to directors and facilitators of all public schools on issues of improvement of management of school.

Leadership academy training program aims to support directors of public schools in effective management of school and creating educational environment oriented on schoolchildren.

1700 directors of public schools completed the first leadership academy in 2016. Currently directors are going through the second leadership academy.  

Leadership academy consists of three stages and unites long-term training-modules that started in 2016 and will continue step-by-step till the end of 2018.
