A new draft law was prepared to create a strong legal basis for implementation of the state priorities in the vocational education field, which was discussed through participation of the representatives of the partner international organizations.

New law aims to improve the quality of vocational education system; establishment of flexible connections between general, vocational and higher education; formation of credit accumulation and transfer system; creation of training and retraining systems; establishment of legal basis for implementation of joint programs by companies and colleges, etc.

The stakeholders and the social partners of the Ministry, as well as the representatives of the international organizations were involved in development of the document. It should be mentioned as well, that the draft law was created in the context of the local context as well as the best European experience.
