The enterprise belongs to “Association for Development of Vocational and Inclusive Education of Georgia”. It mainly employs the persons with disabilities / special educational needs and the production process is led by Nikoloz Tkheladze, having vision impairments.

Students with disabilities / special educational needs will also undergo practical training in the rehabilitated enterprise. It should be noted that after expansion, the enterprise will employ a number of the persons with disabilities / special educational needs graduating from the college.

The cooperation is implemented within the framework of the memorandum signed between the College “Spectrum” and “Association for Development of Vocational and Inclusive Education of Georgia”. The association, together with the college, cares for development of professional skills of persons with disabilities/ special educational needs and their integration in the civil society.
