Minister of Education and Science
of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini visited professional college “Professional”. The
college is oriented to meet the labor market demands. With the support of the Ministry
of Education and Science and the employer organizations, it continually strives
to upgrade its infrastructure, improve the quality of the learning and
introduce the new learning methods.

By the statement of the Ministry of Education and
Science of Georgia, there will be 15 examinations centers opened in Georgia.
Unlike previous years the tests of Unified National Exams will be kept at
regional centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs instead of depository of
National Bank of Georgia.

First Deputy Minister
of Education and Science of Georgia Koka Sepherteladze observed a process of
transportation of the tests of Unified National Exams, Teacher Certification
Exams and Graduate Record Examinations to the storehouses. The tests were
delivered from Great Britain at Tbilisi International Airport.

of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini attended a presentation of IT Technological Park at
the Georgia Technical University. Within the scope of the event, the goals and
activities of the IT Technological Park was discussed and presentation of the
joint project of this technological park and Georgia Technical University’s
Student’s Self-Government Body “Stunet” was held.
