A lot of leading universities, agencies and people wishing to study are getting interested in the project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia – “Study in Georgia”. Therefore there is huge feedback and the representatives of one of the most authoritative organizations in the field of international education – ICEF have already visited Georgia, ICEF unites the largest and the most numerous agencies / agents of recruiting of international students worldwide.
Within the framework of the two-day visit, the CEO of the organization - Marcus Badde and Professor Michael Henninger enjoyed an opportunity to get acquainted with foreign programs in the higher education institutions of Georgia. The guests also visited several state higher education institutions, viewed infrastructure, met with professors and teachers and planned future cooperation prospects.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia has appeared at several international events with the project – “Study in Georgia”. The aim of the project is to popularize Georgia as an educational hub and to attract foreign students in higher education institutions of our country.
Within the framework of the project, private and state higher education institutions of Georgia present their foreign international education programs and conditions of study in Georgia to interested foreign citizens. The project presented by the Georgian side on the international market and the proposed programs are of great interest to the viewers. Participation in international exhibitions has significantly contributed to increasing of awareness of the educational system of our country, which is the guarantor of attracting more foreigners to our country’s higher education institutions.
