The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia - Mikheil Chkhenkeli and the Rector of Business and Technology University (BTU) - Misha Batiashvili discussed the details of cooperation with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), according to which a global startup lab will be created with the support of MIT for the first time in Tbilisi.
The Minister firmly believes that the cooperation between these universities is of significant importance for the future wellbeing of the coutry, and has promised a full support in its implementation and future plans.
With the help of MIT specialists, students will be able implement technological projects and promote them to the international market. The creation of the MIT Global Startpack Lab will give the Georgian students the opportunity to share the world's best entrepreneurial culture and create an innovative, modern business products. The University of Business and Technology will cover all related tuition fees in the program.
