The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport  of Georgia - Mikheil Batiashvili, the Deputy Prime Minister, of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia - Maia Tskitishvili and Minister of Economy Georgia Kobalia – have inspected the current Kaspi educational and technological projects. With the support of the Government of Georgia, the Innovative Center - Technopark will be constructed in Kaspi.

Within the framework of the project, both working and study rooms (eg. Publabs), as well as conference and meeting halls will be arranged. There is also an arrangement of open terrace for the various activities and the restoration of the area with a fence, proper parking and greenery. The project envisages the needs of people with disabilities as well.

Ministers also inspected the new vocational college in Kaspi, which will receive students from 2019. The rehabilitation project for 200 students was prepared by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport to increase access to vocational education in the regions of Georgia.

In cooperation with the municipality self-government and majoritarian MP - Irakli Mesurishvili, the Ministry has been cooperating with companies such as Heidelberg Cement, Metekhi Ceramics, Electric Appliance Factory, Okam Wine Factory, and etc. It is important that the above enterprises take part in the teaching process.

Specialists in agriculture and related fields - veterinarians, mechanization and horticulture specialists will be prepared for the region in the same college. The school will also be focused on the use of new technologies.

In order to facilitate general education, a new school was also opened in Kaspi - N1 public school, adapted for modern standards.

In the nearest future a new school for 150 pupils will be opened in Kaspi municipality village Khovlei, which will be adapted for students with special educational needs. In addition to the library, there will be a dining room, laboratories, a doctor's room and a gym at the newly renovated school.
