Head of General Inspection of the Ministry of Education and Science, Irakli Andriashvili held a briefing on violation of law by political parties for holding pre-election campaign in public schools. MES gave strict instructions to all Public schools in the beginning of election campaign not to allow political parties to hold pre-election campaigns on the school premises during the school process. Unfortunately, Principal of one   school of Khulo region didn’t follow these instructions. NGOs new Generation - new Initiative and Association “Batumeli” informed the MES about this fact. General Inspection of the Ministry carried out investigation and discovered that pre-election campaign was really held in this school. The school process was stopped during the agitation. MES retired the school Principal for above mentioned violation of instructions.

General Inspection of MES still holds monitoring and will strictly react on similar facts.
