Presentation of the full and effective action plan for formal education of targeted groups of children and young people under the high risk of staying out of the educational process was held at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport.

The event was attended by interested parties and involved stakeholders from various state, non-governmental and international organizations.

During the course of preventing the abandonment of the school and overcoming the problem, the Ministry together with crucial partner donor organizations has pursued a consistent and effective education policy and developed a strategy for tackling the problem by implementing the program of the basic level of general education by UNICEF, World Vision and EU. During the previous period, the program of the State Program for Intergovernmental Information Communication was created for "Monitoring of children remaining beyond school and formal education";

In 2018, up to 130 children were provided with a chance to receive a strong, fully-fledged vocational education.
