Zurab Zhvania Foundation announces competition for the 2019 Tsinandali Prize. Young scientists and artists between the ages of 18 to 30 are eligible participate in the contest. Applicants are welcome to submit their work for one of the following disciplines:
Laureates of the Tsinandali Prize will be awarded with diplomas, various prizes and cash rewards;
Applications for the eighth "Tsinandali Prize" for young artists and scientists will continue until October 20, 2019.
The idea of setting a premium for young creatives was born in 1998 in Tsinandali at a Young Creators Meeting-Workshop. The seminar was organized by the State Department of Youth Affairs of Georgia. The name of the prize was also chosen immediately. The first award ceremony of the "Tsinandali Prize" was held in the theater basement in 1999. The project was actively supported and patroned by Zurab Zhvania, Speaker of the Parliament.
The "Tsinandali Prize" serves to popularize the achievements in modern art and science. Tsinandali Prize 2019 is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia. Additionally, the contest is sponsored and supported by Badagoni, Liberty Bank and PSP Pharmaceuticals.

Applicants for the 2019 Tsinandali Prize Contest should submit their application / CV together with the application form and an accompanying resume through October 20 to the Zurab Zhvania Foundation on the following address: 18, Zhiuli Shartava street, Tbilisi.
