Where university entrants will receive examination cards?
Pupils of graduating class will receive examination cards directly in schools, university entrants will choose place of card receiving from respective list. On the card examination center, date of each exam and time of registration starting will be indicated. Examenation card along with ID card will be pass for university entrants during the whole examination process.
What should have entrants at the arrival on exam?

When and where entrants will receive primary results?
After the process of tickets examine, on the webpage of National Assessment and Examinations Center primary results of Unified Entry Examinations will be placed – raw score of entrant received in each exam. All entrants will have an opportunity, to see papers of answers which will be placed on the webpage of National Assessment and Examinations Center. Via special search system, indicating own name, last name, identification and ID number, entrant will be able to see and print a copy of answers paper in desired subject. Entrants will also receive their results through sms – for this they should have sent identification code to the number 93333 (cost of receiving results via sms is 50 tetri).
In which countries will be opened examination centers?
In 2015, examination centers will be opened in following cities: Batumi, Poti, Zugdidi, Ozurgeti, Kutaisi, Akhaltsikhe, Gori, Tbilisi, Rustavi, Telavi, Khulo.
What if I take 5 exams?
If you take exams in 5 or more subjects, you will take part in grant contest with an assessment of that subject in which you have better score. In addition, you will be able to have more choice in the list of programs, i.e. you will have more flexibility in choosing faculties and change them. But if in some chosen subject you were not able to pass threshold or did not appear at the exam, you will lose opportunity to receive a grant.
Can I delete or add educational program after registration?
In current year too, entrants will have an opportunity to change educational programs (faculties) during several months, their number and sequence. Entrants will have an opportunity to perform changes after the announcing of primary results of exam. The process will cease with the end of acceptance of appeals.
How I can add an educational programme?
You should enter a system via e-mail account and 5-digit code received from us. Place cursor on that programme which you want to delete – and choose a button – delete. After it, place cursor on the programme which you want to add, write programme code and use button “add”. At the end- save.
How many faculties can entrant choose?
You are not limited. You can choose indefinite number of educational programs. Including all of them where a fourth subject chosen by you, is held.
How many times I can take part in Unified National Exams?
You are not limited, can try every year.
If entrant did not use received grant…
Entrant which obtained in past years grant for academic educational program or educational program for preparing in Georgian language, but did not use it (did not enter higher educational institution), should submit an application until August 1 to the National Assessment and Examinations Center that s/he did not use grant received in past years so that s/he will be awarded again with the right to obtain a grant.
What does mean scaled scores?
Exam in each subject is carried out in several sessions which causes necessity to use different variants of tests. It is possible that different variants of tests of certain subject are slightly different from the point of view of complexity, so, with the purpose of creating equal conditions for entrants, scaling of scores is used.
When unified post-graduate exams will be held?
In 2015, exams are planned for July. Two days are designated for exams. On the first day exam in two parts will be held: comprehension of read text, analytical writing; On second day in two other parts left: logical reasoning, quantitative reasoning. Duration for each part will be 1 hr and 10 min.
What novelties are planned for unified post-graduate exams?
In 2013-2014 years in unified post-graduate exams, according to directions, 5 tests with various types were proposed. It was decided that from 2015 in unified post-graduate exam, according to directions, three various tests – A, B and C types – will be proposed. Each candidate should pass only one type of test during exam, for obtaining Master Degree. From A, B and C types of tests each, as was in previous years, will contain 4 parts. These parts are: comprehension of read text, analytical writing, logical reasoning, quantitative reasoning.
What are thresholds for minimal competency in unified post-graduate exams?
Minimal threshold for three parts of test - comprehension of read text, analytical writing and logical reasoning – is 30% of maximal assessment, and for quantitative reasoning – 25% of maximal assessment. In each part of test, passing of minimal competency threshold will be considered successful for applicant, if s/he obtains better score than defined threshold for maximal possible score. It is sufficient if candidate passes a threshold in three parts of a test.
How many exams should be passed for obtaining right to continue studying in academic programs in high schools?
For the purpose of continuing a study in academic higher educational programs, entrant is taking part in 4 exams, including 3 mandatory subject (Georgian language and literature, general skills, one of the foreign language) and 1 chosen from following subjects: literature, mathematics, history, geography, chemistry, physics, biology, visual and applied arts, civil education – that subject which is required by the certain higher educational institution for certain program.
Why history test became 70-point?
From the test in history question were taken out which cover issues of civil education because in current year civil education was added to the list of chosen subjects. Also, a task – find and correct an error – is no more in tests.
How State Educational Grant is awarded on academic educational program?
On the basis of Unified National Examinations, citizen of Georgia has a right to obtain State Educational Grant. In 2015, 100%, 70%, and 50% educational grants will be awarded.
How it is calculated contest score for each academic higher educational program?
Contest score (according to which admission is made) calculation is made in following way: scaled score for each exam is multiplied on coefficients assigned by educational program and results are summarized.
Who cannot obtain State Educational Grant?
State Educational Grant is not awarded to:
Persons who will be admitted in non-accredited programs;
Persons who once obtained State Educational Grant in bachelor, certified medic/dentist (preparation in Georgian language) program;
Persons who received sufficient score to obtain State Educational Grant but did not enter higher educational institution in 2014;
Persons who did not pass threshold of minimal competency in all subjects indicated in examination card (this does not include preparation program in Georgian language).

What is a period of announcing a contest about taking a position of resource officer in school and if on the current stage selection of new candidates is not going on, then for what time it is planned and where this vacancy will be published?
Follow vacancies announced by resource officer service of educational institutions on the official webpage of Public Service Bureau www.hr.gov.ge in the field of announced positions. When a statement will be uploaded to the webpage you can submit an application if your records satisfy requirements. On current stage resource officer service is waiting for the end of approval of Law on General Education in parliament. Accordingly, information will be published later.
How it is carried out registration in professional educational programs?
Registration is possible in informational centers existed throughout Georgia, educational resource centers of the Ministry and institutions carrying out professional educational programs. Persons interested in registration should have only ID card for it.
