Within the framework of the working visit to Adjara region, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Tamar Kitiashvili visited the Maritime Academy and met with the representatives of the institution. The current vocational programs were discussed at the meeting, in conjunction with future plans.

The training process is going smoothly in the center, all safety norms are being observed and all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health are taken into account.

At this stage, the center has 320 vocational students and trains competitive specialists in the maritime and related fields.
