Within the scope of conducting meetings with the business sector, the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Tamar Kitiashvili, met with the Executive Director of the Association of Infrastructure Builders, Ana Sabakhtarishvili, as well as other representatives of the Association and the construction industry.
The meeting aimed to discuss the current challenges of human capital, general obstacles of the construction industry in Georgia, in conjunction with facilitating the private sector’s integration to the field of vocational education. Moreover, the attendants tackled serious issues such as post-COVID era, priority directions for the industry, and increasing the network of potential partners.
The construction industry is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic industries s in Georgia, therefore, the cooperation of the Ministry with the representatives of the construction sector is of vital significance.
