Nino Dojurishvili - “When I was choosing my profession, inclusive education in our country was facing major challenges, qualified personnel was in dire need. I decided to pursue a master's degree in this field, to become an inclusive education specialist and to have a positive impact on the lives of the children who need it the most."

One of the most exciting part of learning for Nino is the educational resources. In order for the learning process to be interesting and engaging, a variety of materials, developmental exercises are needed, which teachers research or create themselves, in conjunction with trying to suit the interest of each student.

According to Nino, the main value of her activity is the social success. In an environment where they recognize each other's rights, self-confident, friendly and responsible people will grow up.

Nino Dojurishvili has been working at the school for seven years. Once the Special Teacher Professional Development Scheme and their payroll policy have been defined, Nino become a Senior Specialist and will receive a status-related supplement from 2021 onwards.
