Within the framework of the joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the World Bank "Innovation, Inclusive Education and Quality", a donor coordination meeting was held online. The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Ekaterine Dgebuadze and representatives of the World Bank and other partner organizations.
Ekaterine Dgebuadze informed the participants about the development of the Strategy and Action Plan for Education and Science for 2022-2030 and stressed the importance of the support of the partner organization, and the World Bank.
The First Deputy Minister also spoke about the main actors of the joint project and noted that, in order to use the resources of donor organizations effectively, it is important to identify the needs of the education system, share information in a timely manner and coordinate the cooperation process.
The project "Innovation, Inclusive Education and Quality" is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the Fund for Municipal Development with the support of the World Bank and aims to improve the quality and access to early, general and higher education in the country.
