Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini, together with the first graders of Public School №53 attended the presentation of the education-cognitive computer games. Computer programs that will be uploaded in the netbooks, are already ready. 3,000 first graders of pilot schools will be provided with these netbooks in the new academic year.

Tbilisi Public School №53 is one of the pilot schools where the netbooks have been already distributed among the first graders. School children will use them as a supplementary means together with textbooks during the school year.

Education programs, cognitive computer games will be uploaded in the educational computers. Loading of the textbooks and additional literature is planned in the future.

Using IT together with the textbooks will make studying more enjoyable for the primary school children. Information provided through the games is more easily perceivable for the school children of this age.
