Refurbishing of the school libraries still continues. Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini and General Director of BasisBank, David Tsaava presented the library of Public School №45 with the books.

BasisBank responded to the initiative about refurbishing the school libraries and purchased more than 100 literature for Public School №45.

Refurbishment of school libraries is the President’s initiative and the priority of MES. According to this initiative, supplying the school libraries with the books started from the new academic year. MES thanks all organizations and people including BasisBank who supported this process and donated books to the school libraries.

MES supplies the school libraries with the literature as well as the textbooks and educational material. For the first time this year, all vulnerable schoolchildren were provided with the free textbooks. Supplying the school libraries with the secondary textbooks is underway. All schoolchildren will be able to use them.

Public School №45 is one of the distinguished schools in Gldani region. The school management and the teachers permanently improve the teaching process and refurbish the school infrastructure. Around 800 schoolchildren study in this school. They take part in the educational Olympiads and different intellectual and sports activities.
