Students of Shuapkho School, Dusheti region visited Tbilisi Public School №24 on December 17. The event was held in the scope of the project Distinguished Day that is designed to support integration of the schoolchildren of Tbilisi Public Schools and mountainous regions.
Above project is being implemented by the National Curriculum and Assessment Center of MES. Georgian Trainer-teachers’ Union “Lampari” funds the project.
Shuapkho School of Dusheti region is the only school that serves the villages of Tetri Aragvi, the so called Bude-Pshavi mountainous ravine. Totally, 17 children study in this small school and teachers have to work in the united classes. Above school is one of the three schools, coordinated by NCAC.
The schoolchildren of both schools performed intellectual, physical and joyful games. Both schools successfully showed own possibilities. At the same time, concert held by the children was dedicated to the coming New Year. The guests were presented with gifts and certificates at the end of the event.
