Upon the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the Company “Magticom” created the unified educational network. Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Irine Kurdadze, “Magticom“ General Director David Lee and “Magticom“ Marketing Director Irakli Lobzhanidze held a joint briefing on this issue.
The new network connects all public and private schools and Educational Resource Centers in Georgia to the Computer Center of the Agency for Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development under the Ministry. At the same time, the schools have access to internet. “Magticom” Company finished working on this project 3 months before the deadline.
With the help of the unified educational network, centralized school leaving exams were organized for the first time in Georgia and in the world. Network problems have not been detected during the process of the exams.
So far, the unified educational network has been functioning very successfully.
