The local and international organizations working on the issues of people with limited abilities also took part in the Forum. The organization of the Forum was supported by the USAID.

Such event is carried out every year and it is aimed to present and discuss the works that the governmental and nongovernmental sector implements in this field. In the end of the Forum the best films, publications and people working on the issues of people with limited abilities are awarded.

In 2011, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini was awarded by the Forum as the best supporter of the interests of people with limited abilities for Minister’s contribution in development of the inclusive education.
