Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia organized a seminar “Exchange of Practice among the Professional Education Institutions” at the professional college “Aisi”. The directors and other representatives of all professional colleges as well as successful students in Georgia participated in the event.

The professional college representatives exchanged their best practices in sectoral directions, as well practical and entrepreneurial learning. The need of applying the new technologies in the learning process and enhancing the learning programs in agriculture field was emphasized.

The college representatives got familiar with the practical examples of using new technologies in the fields vine-growing and gardening. They also had an opportunity to visit the wine and vegetables processing factories, where students are engaged in the production process.

Kachreti Professional College trains students in the fields of agriculture, tourism and construction, currently up to 600 students study there. 200 students live in college campus which is equipped with the modern technical facilities.  The best college graduates are employed by the partner companies such as LLC “ Avandgard”, “Teliani Veli”, “ Shukhman Wine Georgia”, Corporation “Kindzmrauli”, Sakartvelo Marani”, hotel “Ambassador” and many others.

Kachreti Professional College is located in the special complex and occupies 7 hectares. It is composed of the several buildings: teaching campus, workshops, dormitory and wine house.

In 2010, the dormitory of the college was rehabilitated. The wine house was also equipped with all necessary equipments. Currently, the college is a modern professional learning institution.
