First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Koka Sepherteladze and President of Georgian Rugby Federation Giorgi Nizharadze got familiarized with construction works of Rugby Complex at Tbilisi Public School №186. With support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Georgian Rugby Federation is building two rugby stadiums at Tbilisi Public School №186. This will be the only rugby sport complex in Didi Dighomi. All interested youngster will be able to play at these stadiums.
Schoolchildren of Didi Dighomi district like the project initiated by the President on Replacing Physical Fitness Lessons with Sports Classes. They are interested in basketball, football, volleyball, swimming and water polo classes. In the future, youngsters will also be able to take rugby classes.
By the statement of Koka Sepherteladze, enjoyable and effective sport lessons are expected to convince schoolchildren in a possibility and necessity to develop their physical capacities, contributing to their self-establishment.
