President met the school teachers of Gldani. During the meeting President talked about the building the new professional development center in Gldani. President will supervise the new center himself. New center will be opened in May 2012 and all interested people will be able to pass trainings in technical fields. The aim of building the professional development center in Gldani is to support capacity building of the people living in suburbs. Surrounding infrastructure of the center will also be renovated. Swimming pool and sports complex will be built near the center and it will be available for everyone.

As the President stated, such projects will be also implemented in other suburb districts of Tbilisi. Professional orientation centers will be created in order to support the employment of the people.

During the meeting, the president also talked about the teachers’ certification process. As the President stated, from April 2012, certified teachers of Chemistry, Biology and Physics will be able to get the salaries increased with 75 GEL in case if they pass laboratory exams in natural sciences.
