The First Deputy Minister, Koka Sepherteladze, awarded the winners of the contest“The goal of my life”.
The
contest was organized in two rounds for two age groups (VII-IX; X-XII-th
graders) and up to 100 000 schoolchildren participated in it. Three winners
were revealed in each category and they were presented with prizes and
certificates of achievements, special prize - a portable computer was awarded
to XI-th grader Andria Ilin.
The contest was organized as a part of
Supporting Gifted and Talented Youth Programme and was aimed at supporting the
schoolchildren to set their goals and achieve the results.
To boost the motivation of the schoolchildren, the Ministry is administering
different competitions; the students are taking a great interest in such
contests.
