The construction of the institution started last December and will be finished by September 2012. The college will offer first three levels of vocational educational programs. The institution will be provided with up to date technical facilities and staffed with qualified personnel.
The college will meet the labor market demands as it will offer various specialties in service, tourism and construction fields.
Preparing the qualified workforce is one of the priorities of Georgian government, in line with this, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia implements reforms in vocational education field. Rehabilitation and upgrading of the infrastructure, training the staff of these institutions are focused. The college graduates are being successfully recruited by the employers.
