Open door day was held in the college today. The aim of the event was to inform all interested persons on a new program that had been introduced in the college as a part of EPI.
In the scope of the mentioned initiative, new learning programs have been developed and introduced for sewing machine operators and technicians. The college infrastructure has been also upgraded.
A new course on quality control will be also introduced in the college in the coming period. Various projects are being implemented in different colleges throughout Georgia, including Ozurgeti, Tbilisi and Batumi in the framework of EPI .
One of the goals of the project is to support development of sewing sector in Georgia.
The open door day was attended by Deputy Minister, Irine Kurdadze and Chief of Party of EPI Tina Mendelson.
